Excellent I know they went through some readjustments awhile back but I have never had anything but excellent service. Above and beyond what one would expect. When one of my daughters destroyed their phone (happened more that once) one of the sales people actually delivered a replacement phone the very same day I called. They give Nordstrom service and yet have also saved me considerable money.
