So frustrated. I bought an Otter Box for my Samsung Galaxy 4. It was defective. The buttons over the power and the volume wouldn't always make contact. I'd press down, no response from phone. I go to get my money back and he said he only does exchanges. I explained that no one had mentioned this to me at the time of sale. Not once! Not verbally, not on the reciept, not on the case.
