UPDATE: Called about my phone and was put on hold while the clerk helped another customer, then she hung up. I called back, got an ETA from another girl. 5th day: got my phone back and it's still giving me screen issues and my setting are all switched around. I was told by a neighbor company that they are under new management and it's been a mess since then. Si le pudiera dar 0 estrellas, se lo diera, muy lindo todo pero son expertos para sacarte el dinero en teléfonos usados o “nuevos”, vi como una clienta se quejaba de que le habían vendido un teléfono con contraseña incluida, nunca vender teléfonos en este lugar, negociación pésima y deshonesta.
