DO NOT come in fix ur phone here they messed up my oneplus12. They won't take accountability. The lady that helps people out claim the technician has 30 years of experience. Yet you didn't know my phone does not use LCD. Okay smartass.... Btw go buy a phone on Amazon those same phones they got there are cheaper on Amazon ur welcome
I came in several times to fix the screen on my phone and before my phone was fine after the first time the screen would act up or have a lil green dot on it and after months it will break from one small drop. I recently got it fixed back in February and 2 weeks later the screen would go completely black and come back once the phone will die and it completely stop showing the screen. And before this the screen wasn't keep put on correctly it would make a click sound their service is horrible
I came looking for a good working phone and the employee named Alexa helped me find the one I was looking for and told me what charge I would need and showed me the best phones for the best prices, definitely coming back best services
I came one day and the worker goes by Rosa helped me with my water damage kept my phone over night and I got it back in better condition then I left it, she’s one of the nicest people I met she now I’m a forever customer from her great work and her awesome personality
