Sam is awesome and he really went above and beyond. Phone wasn't switching over at first so I was going to go back up. He acknowledged that I have kids and said that he would fix it and I don't have to lug me and the boys out. He fixed it and was quite prompt! Not to mention the great down to earth conversation while he was taking care of my problem that brought me into the store to begin with. Very happy guaranteed return customer!

My wife and I went into the store on5/14/16 and spent almost $700 on 2 poopy phones through Page Plus which service sucks.. went back to the store on 5/15/16 and the guy behind the counter didn't even want to listen to me so I decided to come back on 5/16/16 and asked for a refund the guy refused and said there was a sign somewhere around here that says we do not give refunds but there was no sign present. (Buyer beware) employees do not have people skills and should not be working with the general public
This store is one of my favorite stores friendly staff, great phones and some of the best plans. I have been going hear for years GREAT PLACE!! :)
