Am not impressed so far. Sent a Lumia 1020 in for repair the first week of January FedX 2 day. Finally received email confirmation of receipt and that it was in queue for a technician on January 13th. It is now Jan 28th and no updates and no response to my emails, no response to multiple web form inquiries (to Repair and Customer Service) and the phone number provided in the Jan 13th email rings then disconnects immediately. Not sure how I can even get the phone back let alone get it repaired.
This company is a scam!!! do not send your phones to them. THEY WILL STEAL YOUR PHONE AND CHARGE YOU!!!! NO WAY TO CONTACT THEM!!! if you even think of going to this company for help THINK AGAIN!!!
