Awesome customer service! Travis attempted to fix my son's phone. He tried everything he could......and then tried again! I was expecting to pay for his attempts and was extremely surprised when he said it wouldn't cost anything because it wasn't fixed. He was even apologetic! When does that happen any more? Very impressed with them.

Travis is the man!! No matter the issue, he has a solution, or will do his absolute best to figure it out. He has rescued me from cell phone induced psychosis on multiple occasions and is always happy to do so.
We dropped one of our phones and brought it in to Travis. He fixed it and offered us a shatter proof cover. Unfortunately the replacement part was faulty. We took it back and he replaced the part as well as the screen cover at no cost. Every time I came in Travis was friendly and patient. I would recommend him to any of my friends or family. He offers good service and stands behind his work.
