I'm reaching out to Wiregrass veterinary clinic to help me find the owner of a dog that has a rabies tag w/clinic info and 4 digit number. Dog must have ran away from fireworks. Please get in touch with me asap someone!!!!!cant keep this puppy as I have no where safe for him out of weather or traffic.
