This is the worst electric service i have ever had. The prepaid is conveinant but not when the're charging you 5$ one day and 15$ the next for the same amount of power usage. Their inconsistant and their customer service is completely unprofessional and absolutely horrendous. There managers and the people that make the "policies/rules" make the workers look bad because they cant help at all, they dont send out statements monthly if your on prepaid which is really suspicious and i feel as though im being scammed.
