I am a black man who resides in a Ashford and I want to say after dealing with this company for over a year and a half, they are racist and also crooks. Just a few weeks ago my electricity was disconnected (November 4th) for a bill that wasn’t due until the 12th. I was made to pay a disconnect fee and also they also charged me 25 extra dollars towards my initial deposit.
