Ok, the bad first. When I picked up my truck the key fob had some kind of petroleum product on it, looked like old grease, and the rubber shell was gooey and dirty looking. This was my spare remote that was perfectly new without the slightest blemish on it. But more important than this error on their part, they made no hesitation to order me a new one. I can't thank this business enough! We were stranded in Alabama after our accident without knowing anyone or where anything is, and the employees here did everything in their power to get us back on the road. They treated my girlfriend and I like we were family and had such kind hearts. I would recommend Wiregrass Body and Frame to anyone who's in need of a high quality job for any car issues!
This place is amazing and the owners are incredible! We were heading back to Cincinnati Ohio and totaled our vehicle and they went above and beyond to get us back on the road. Being stranded in a state where we knew no one, they helped to ease our mind tremendously. Trust me, you'll be in great hands if you bring them your business. I will be forever grateful for these wonderful people!
My car was stolen from here on may 16th. The business parked my car outside of the fence with the key inside of it without notifying anyone that the car was ready. It was a push start ignition and was parked in a place without cameras. I didn't find out until four days later that my car was gone when they were called to see if it was ready. They are taking zero responsibility for the theft of my car that was in their possession.
