I bought a Supermicro motherboard that was listed as in stock on the website, and after I contacted them I was informed that it was out of stock and that there was only one refurbished board. So the experience, which is unique, it's true, was not good. Purchases canceled! Now I'm waiting for the refund to my credit card, which can take up to 7 days, to start the research and purchase work again causing a delay in building my server.

Outdated company. Enforces a 15% restocking fee (and original shipping fee) even if the product was factory sealed. So they basically don’t have a return policy unless you want to get screwed. You’re better off buying directly from The manufacturer.

Untrustworthy, no credibility. Gave me a time for shipping, when the time has passed, they kept stalling for few days. They are even not replying to my email any more. I will dispute from the bank. More than 40 days have passed now, no shipping no tracking#. DO NOT BUY / ORDER FROM THEM.
