I'd give zero stars if I could - Blair Williams (the owner) is condescending, entitled, and you can't rely on his word - if you do business with them, make sure you have a good lawyer and that everything is in writing.
Condescemding and belittling to residents in area to be developed. Asked one resident who was opposed to development if she liked any part of her life.
