This business WILL not stop reaching out to me when I am not a patient and I have never been. They have called me and texted me for months about billing information for two separate patients. I have called and texted back, to tell them I am not these people, asked them to please stop reaching out, blocked COUNTLESS numbers (I don’t even know how they have access to so many numbers) and it will not stop. I can not say enough about my experience! I am in my mid-thirties and FINALLY getting the smile I have always wanted. From check-in to check-out, the folks here are incredible. The woman who checked me in was so nice, and the lobby music was a VIBE! The young man who brought me back to do all the imaging was so polite, and the woman who is overseeing my smile transformation is FANTASTIC!! We have been at Wired for about 9 months and everyone we have encountered has been lovely. The office is clean and organized. All great. However, our recent experience is what prompted my review. My son got his braces and spacer off. He has only had annual dental cleanings - no cavities or procedures. So, the drilling to remove the cement was rough for him.
