Back to MADDEN! my xbox had the open tray issue, brought it to these guys after finding them on the web, got my system back up and back into playing some MADDEN. definitely the place to go to your stuff fixed.

terrible service sent my ps3 to them two different times,after getting it back the first time(which took 7 weeks) it only lasted about six weeks,sent it back and was told it would be a week.Over a month later it still wasn't repaired but was told multiple times over the phone it would be shipping out tomorrow,I was lied to at least three times.I finally received it and the case was broken,I emailed the owner back and forth,first he told me it MAY have been because it wasn't packed well by me and got damaged in transit.After ... read more

Xbox 360 Repaired! My son's Xbox system had the ring of fire and I took it here to see how much it would cost to get fixed. They immediately told me on the spot what was wrong and told me it was $50.00 to fix it. This was half the cost of what Microsoft wanted to charge me. I setup the repair with the guys at Wired Extreme and got my console two weeks later and has been working great ever since! My kids are happy now and I'm happy that I found these guys. STAY AWAY!!!1 Stay away from here. They lost, or sold, my son's xbox after he took it back to be re-repaired by wired extreme, first repair only lasted about a month. There is no customer service, they don't even return phone calls. If you do get a hold of real person, the person who has the information "isn't in". Terrible company. My son will probably have to sue to get compensated. STAY AWAY!!!

Deceptive Practices They are very tricky and deceptive. Especially in their pricing. Their website clearly states repairs take 1 day to 1 and half weeks. The price for that repair on a PS3 is $60 - $90. I called to verify the price and time information. However, once you get your console to the business they will tell you there is a 4 – 5 week wait but you can pay another $40 to have a “Rush” done. XBOX GAMES THE people were very friendly.price was only five bucks for a hour of play time.Played teams on XBOX,There was for of us but they haveTen stations, Was a blast! just a little place but sevice was great will go again.We only played one game they have many some army game but it was fun!
