I can’t say enough wonderful things about James and the entire staff at Wipeout. I had a nasty German Roach problem and they didn’t stop until they were destroyed for good! Highly recommend their service! Thank you restoring my sanity!
Have been a customer for over five years. Requested a call from a supervisor or owner it’s been over a week no call. I guess customer service is not something they offer. I guess it’s time to look for a new company. I use to refer people their way guess I’m the dummy.
Warning this company is a scam completely incompetent, the owner is rude, talking over you and a bully! This company did not provide the service we purchased. They went ahead and cut corners by taping windows and doors even after we insisted this will not take care of the problem plus charging top money. The owner stated that this process is better than the actual termite tenting that is traditionally done. Well not even 6 months later my home is swarming with termites go figure!
