I was a little nervous about group fitness, but WIP is the most welcoming, zero-judgment gym I've ever been to.
I was at the Mayo Clinic with my sister for a surgery and took the opportunity to visit WIP Fitness. The atmosphere is excellent, the coaches are very friendly, and the gym is very clean. I attended my first kickboxing class and loved it.
The workouts are challenging and you will see results! Great gym environment! The owners, Paul and Julia, are also wonderful people.
