Very professional and at the same time the are very personal. Very happy with this office in Pawleys Island.
The quality of service was good, but the billing department had all kinds of problems with insurance and mixed messages from different office personnel around whether they are or aren’t in network. It has cost me a lot of money when it shouldn’t have cost anything. Disappointed.
From the moment you enter the Winyah Dental Group of Pawley's, you are greeted with professionalism and a friendly smile. Not only are the premises state-of-the-art, but every individual responsible for your care is well educated and trained. I have been a satisfied, happy patient for many years.
Great dentist & staff
EDIT: The scam artist dentist who did this to me, apparently had a reputation for doing it and is no longer at this office. For new patients you should be in the clear, but they still refused to make it right for me so it stays a 1 star. These people tried to scam me. Approx 8 months ago they did xrays and told Me I had 1 cavity, but it was small so it could wait. Their monitor "wasn't working" so they couldn't show me. 6 months later during my cleaning, the hygienist said in the notes it states 2 cavities, and they tried sc... read more
