I bought a house with Wintrust through Jim in 2021 and sold it in 2024. After the sale of the house, Wintrust and its “tax department”, a third party called CoreLogic LLC. directly violated the Consumer Financial Protections Act by refusing to return the balance of my escrow account. I continue to get assistance with tax escrow matters and occasional extra principal payments from Jim and Austin to this day - 5 years after the closing ! Service before, during and after closing, thanks Wintrust Mortgage.
