Just signed my 5th lease with Winton Village. Shannon and her staff are absolutely amazing!!!
Not a safe environment. Please keep in mind there are NO fire alarms or sprinklers here. I lost almost everything I own due to faulty wiring in an apartment here. 1
This review is pertaining to the management staff at Winton Village . They have been super helpful and very professional, both Yasmin and Shannon provided service above and beyond anything I encountered during my recent search for an apartment. I visited at least 10 properties in the Henrietta/West Henrietta area and they really stood out. Thank you so much!
Very spacious well maintained apartment. Me and my family love it here.
