If you enjoy being in constant fear of being burnt alive, this is the apartment complex for you. There’s been 2 major fires near my apartment since I moved in. Today the fire alarm went off in the basement. 20 mins later, no one showed up. I had to walk to get the maintenance guy. If there was a fire, I would have lost everything in my apartment, and the management does not seem to care, and will not let tenants break their lease due to unsafe living conditions. Moved out and my things were placed in the basement . When I came back for them some items were missing and mostly destroyed! My son had a brand new bed which I was told was stored “properly” came back to pick it up and it was on the dirt floor and black mold had grown on the bottom of the bed . My deep fryer was placed in a bag with cooking grease and it had maggots mold etc growing everything in the bag was destroyed including brand new pots knives etc .
