German cockroaches everywhere. Leaks happen often. Rude management. Mail is handled by a lockbox and tenants don't like using it. Trash in the hallways. Trash in the stairwell. Foul smelling hallways. Tenants smoke indoors. Tenants get high indoors. Fire alarm goes off at least twice a month for extended periods, causing possible hearing loss and inner ear damage to people with certain medical conditions. I like this apartment but it’s infested with roaches and the washing machines don’t have work and when you have to wash your clothes you have to go to a different floor and you got people in this building that has a lot of drama and you got people in here with dogs and they can’t even go behind their dogs and it’s a real bad smell on my floor
