You will see that most of these comments were created by Winton employees. They are not a great builder and use the cheapest labor they can find. We have been dealing with trying to get or repair in leu of closing and 30 day list repairs done. We are now at a year and most of the stuff still hasn't been touched. The tile, stucco,cracks and drywall seams needs to be redone due to poor craftmanship. Your homes are great but, cancelling a contract or denying one because the person wants to go with a different lender than yours, is wrong. Just because a member of your family handles the mortgage end of the deal is not a reason for not getting the sale.
