They installed the (roughly )1m x 0.5m air intake vent UNBRACED ! This means it was only supported on one side. The other side had two shonky bits of 4x2 on the side attached to the side of the vent and nothing else. When the sparky went up into the loft, he stepped on the pine "support" and his foot cracked the ceiling board. Cost to repair $700. Plasterer has never seen anything so shonky, illogical and comical. These WInton Air jokers should have their own TV Comedy
Had our system installed 5 years ago and had it regularly serviced every year. This year, now out of warranty I have been told that 2 outlets are disconnected. When I followed up I got ‘nothing to do with us, someone must have disconnected it!’ No solution offered, no follow up. Very disappointing customer service and we’ll now go elsewhere.
