Took my daughter today , everyone was so nice and everything was so easy going , they resolved my concerns right away !
Exceptional and personal service. I delivered my first at Katz women’s hospital and second at Winthrop. I would say Katz recovery room was newer and bigger but I enjoyed my stay at Winthrop better because of their care. Staff constantly checked on me to make sure everything is good with me and baby and asked how to make things better. Cleaning staff came in a few times a day to take out the garbage and clean the bathroom. Ridiculous Hospital policy. Children under the age of 12 are not allowed to visit their family members who are patients there. No matter if those patients are the child's parent or grand parent.
