I paid 85$ a month for it.. it got sold shortly after and I rent went up to 116$ a month, they added 2000$ a year for insurance... i have been trying to move out but all my things are covered in mold.. they asked for pictures.. i sent them, they never respond.. then hit me with late fee for my unit.. tell me insurance covers a tree falling on the building and that I should have had my things on pal... read more
