I've been visiting the NYU Radiology department in Mineola multiple times, and each experience has been top-notch. The front desk staff, particularly Sandy, have been consistently friendly and efficient in handling paperwork and check-in. I would give one star but the doctor is nice. The people who work there have no heart. They’ve denied my mom’s appointment because she was 15 minutes late. She drove there for two hours in traffic and rain. What is wrong with these people?
I had a MRI Biopsy and a Mammogram. The staff was so courteous and professional. They went above and beyond to make this a pleasant experience. I suffer from anxiety, and the doctor and staff did everything possible to help me get through the MRI biopsy. They even taught me some tricks to control nausea and to help with anxiety. I am forever grateful. Thank you all for your kindness.
Ps this Was Not a mammography service. I had a ct scan of abdomen. Smh. So I Went for outpatient ct scan of abdomen at Langone Woodbury location. Aside from the test starting 1.5 hrs late, the Worst part- 1 where I actually asked 2x (2 diff techs had 2-3 pedigree questions to ask n then the Woke DEI idiots running the ship added this Moronic one “Are you Pregnant”?! Mind you I’m a 6’5 215 clearly visible Man- no long hair, have a beard n mustache and this is what I’m Subjected to after paying 100 copay n waiting almost 2 hrs... read more
