I have been with this practice for over a year now. They are negligent in follow ups and have poor continuity of care. Every time I made an appointment for my child who needs CONTROLLED medication for her diagnosis, they reschedule the appointment. Most times informing me last minute or not at all. Every appointment that was made was canceled or rescheduled just as my child needed refills on her medication. This happens, every. single. time.
