If you’re wondering why this hospital’s rating is so low, let me put your mind at ease—they don’t even deserve the 3.4-star rating. If complaints about the front desk being unprofessional are only one part of the problem, the lack of professionalism among some of the doctors working here is even worse. After what happened to me, I would never set foot in this hospital again. I had an extremely simple procedure performed here, and it ended up being unsuccessful. The receptionist at osteopathic department gave me a nasty attitude. I only made a follow up appointment for MRI. She was talking to me in such a rude tone. She shouldn’t work in customer service. The doctors and nurses are nice.
A terrific location and facility. Unfortunately, like all the health care industry, it's a factory designed for profits and not patient care. It is up to the individual to find a doctor that suits your needs, is accessible, knowledgeable, and centered in helping and aiding the patient. Which is doable nowadays. NYU needs to get back to patient care.

This place was amazing. I felt so comfortable they made you feel so at ease starting with the receptionist, checking in the nurses the doctors the AIDS everyone. Thank you to everyone who took care of me during my surgery.
