Between car break ins and the horrific mold especially in the attic spaces inside the walls. Most unprofessional people ive ever rented from. Anything berkshire Hathaway is GARBAGE. they are theives. Keep all rent reciepts if you dont pay online. They like to play like you didn't pay for a random month way after the month passes, like they would ever let that happen anyway.. This was the worst desision to rent from Berkshire. Id live in my car before renting anything anywhere from these awful people.
Be very careful renting here because of mold, I lived here almost 10 years off and on lived I 4 different units.
How many people here have had Janice tell you that rent wasnt paid for a month that has past? I was closing out an apartment here and she said I didnt pay 3 months prior? Its like then why wait to say something? ALWAYS keep your small paper reciept that comes with a money order if thats how you pay. I couldnt find it so I was ripped off over $500. JANICE YOUR A THIEF. Shes no longer working for these people and I can see why. What a Christian...
