I've lived here for 3 years. Rent is affordable, but lately the maintenance has been very poor. I've had a problem with the toilet for over 4 months, I send emails every day. They send employees there and it's not resolved. Every week they assure me they'll put in a new one, but the old one is never replaced. So I'm very upset with this situation.
I’ve been living here for several years and overall, it’s been a great experience. The pricing has remained decent for the location, which is very convenient to my daily needs.
