I have to say sam & Emil.are awesome. Anytime I have issues I contact sam and emil comes and fixes it. They are the bomb. Thank you sam & Emil for everything thing ❤️ you do for us.
Unfortunately, this last year's lease I've had nothing but problems with both management and maintenance. But I'm going to give a star for the neighborhood, the neighbors are kind and it's usually very quiet. It started with me reporting issues of my floors sinking in multiple spots in May with no resolution. Moving into September where my hot water heater had a large leak that cause a lot of water damage in the laundry room and bathroom, even floors completely collapsed.
