I have had two rotator cuff surgeries with another doctor prior to coming to Dr. Winterton. The initial surgery was great and I was playing tennis and all was well. Then I was T-boned in a car accident that tore the rotator cuff off again. It was repaired by the same surgeon but failed to take hold. I had surgery on both of my knees and platelet plasma injections. They worked very well. It took a few months but my knees are now working better than they have in more than 3 years. Plus he's very nice, knowledgeable, listens to your questions and is just a great doctor.
Dr. Winterton repaired my broken kneecap and helped me with rehabilitation options that made my recovery incredibly quick. By keeping my leg moving through most of my recovery, I was back to full activity very quickly.
He is the best Doctor
Excellent, perfectionist, professional, friendly and great staff behind him. Been going to him for 9+ years. Had a knee replacement and ankle surgeries plus 3 other minor surgeries. I COMPLETELY trust his knowledge and skills. Wouldn’t go to a different ortho dr as long as he is still practicing. If you want the best, he is the dr. for you. Highly recommended.
Dr. Winterton is the 2nd Orthopedic Surgeon I have had perform surgery on my foot. He is very caring and considerate of all my concerns. I completely trust his ability to do what is right for me and my needs. I highly recommend him.
Dr. Winterton was incredible! I went to him with pain in both of my knees. He diagnosed the problem right away and I was scheduled for surgery on both of my knees within only a couple of weeks. He is an amazing surgeon and did a very good job on both of my knees. The recovery was short and followed up with physical therapy. All in all, I struggled with knee pains for years and Dr. Winterton solved my problems completely in only the matter of 3 months. I truly feel like a new person!
Dr. Winterton, has been our family ortho. Dr., since 2003. He has always explain what will be done and what the recovery will be like. I've have rotar cuff and a knee replacement. I'm going to be moving out of state, I wish that he could move there also but people here in Ut. need great surgeon.
