Cockroaches galore, a main office in absentia, obsolete interiors and payment options, and a parking situation that would make Mussolini go “that’s horribly managed.” And then there’s this joke of a COVID-19 response: AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Winterthur Apartments in Reston VA, poorly managed by Rimsi Corp in Rockville MD, has BED BUGS for over a year without resolution!!! Management is using @orkinpestcontrol to improperly treat individual units instead of the whole building allowing the bed bugs to move between apartments. Rimsi is renting out units to unsuspecting renters without informing them of this infestation HELP @wjlatv ABC 7 On Your Side!!!
