Do not order anything from them. Their costs of items are crazy expensive. Their shipping is outrageous and then they don't ship them on time after they charge you an outrageous fee and then customer service is not cooperative at all and do not want to make a customer happy.
Wintersilks does not stand behind their products! Do not order from this company if you want to be able to return defective merchandise! They will not refund for anything that is not in "original condition." In other words, if it shrinks when washed as directed you are simply screwed. I purchased long underwear which I washed as directed by the company and it shrank to the point where I cannot wear it. Talking to customer service was useless- they just said "too bad, you washed it so we can't take it back." Really?? What are... read more
