Great people and great care at reasonable cost. And, Anabel Anderson, the groomer is amazing too!!!! She went above and beyond the call of duty with my Mahina, beautiful job and Mahina loved her too!!!
See my Google review posted as "Tommy Hunter". These guys are the best vet clinic I've ever found. Dr. Jim and I just connected! He gets the difference between city people and country people and the cost for services performed was far less than I expected. It was a true emergency and had to be done. Big sigh of relief!

RecommendedThe Winterset Veterinary Clinic is the best! They have such a caring group of professionals. A specific example: My 10 year old dog was developing issues with allergies a few years back. Dr Lonna started him on some over the counter pills and one day I was walking him. Dr Lonna was driving by and stopped to ask me how it was going for him. When I said that he was having issues she said that she would have a prescription at the clinic for me! We've used Winterset Veterinary Center for our dogs and our livestock (sheep and miniature donkeys) for years, and have absolutely no complaints. Dr. Jim and Dr. Lonna along with the entire staff are great! Can highly recommend.
