If I could give a 0, I would. Winterset has been the WORST living experience I've ever had. I moved to the Atlanta area in May, and was super excited about this community. I signed my lease at the start of may, and was fully moved in by the end of the month. During the move in inspection, my stove wasn't working properly. Only one eye was actually turning on.... Love my place. Staff is awesome! Good spot for my dogs. Very private. Maintenance is fast and friendly. Calm and peaceful! Very happy here!
Maintenance is wayyyyy too slow at this place - they were good for awhile and I'm not sure if the property managers changed or what because we have been trying to get damaged carpet and other various broken things fixed and have told them LITERALLY for months and it still isn't fixed. Everything was "renovated" very cheaply which you really realize after you rent. Also, we have a gaping hole in our kitchen that is leaking water and no one has come to inspect it even though I was told when I moved in a year ago that the leasi... read more
We have lived here for a few years now. About every 6-8 months, it rains inside our apartment. There are multiple leaks. The maintenance staff "fixes" the drywall & sheetrock, but not the underlying causes of the leaks. DO NOT MOVE HERE.
