Everything about renting this apartment was awesome and beyond my expectations. The apartment itself was huge and very well cared for. Each town home has a full basement for storage and washer/dryer hookups. Each unit also has a 2 car carport for parking. The finishes are not the most updated or fancy, but everything in the apartment was in good working order and clean. I only ever had to call maintenance twice and both times they responded and resolved the issues within 24 hours, even though my issues were not urgent. The o... read more

I’ve lived here for a year now and I love it. I’ve never had any problems It’s quiet , management always responds within a day .. very cheap for two bedrooms + a great area .. I highly recommend orchards
