Dr. Winters is the absolute best doctor I have ever dealt with at Kaiser. He never cuts the visit short he always makes sure to explain everything to you and give all options and that you understand them. I was so lost when he was gone for a time taking care of his family issues. During his time off I was assigned to a doctor that handed me print outs and left the room. Barely said a word to me. I was ecstatic when I saw he had returned. Best doctor ever!!! He deserves 100 stars or more. Kaiser needs more like Dr. Winters.
Dr Winters , is one of the best docs to ever practice at Kaiser. Always returns calls and keeping the person well informed as to options it was truly a blessing to have him as my PCP for almost 15 years. Good Docs are hide to find. ☆☆☆☆☆ if there was a 10 start Dr. Winters would be the first to get 10 Dr. J
