After being a patient at Winters Run for over a decade, the world changed with Covid 19. After being apart for over a year, I anxiously returned today. Mask protocol, a new exam room, a new Nurse, and a new Doctor. So focused and professional. I'm 71, with prior heart surgeries. They examined the possibilities, asked about my concerns, explained my medications. I am in good hands, will follow their suggestions, and look forward to a healthy future.
I do love the doctors at this practice but some of the front desk staff need a lesson in customer service and compassion. I understand there are rules but when I have been a patient there as long as I have. My kids went there as children and I need help for someone in my family I did not get any understanding.
