After living here full time for 10 years I have seen this park go from a friendly clean place to unseemingly unmanaged park . The nice community I know is turning into a place that resembles a typical trashy trailer park .
There are frequent water line leaks that require water shut offs for repairs. This then causes a boil water notice to be sent out with advisement that residents will be notified as soon as testing of water comes in clear to stop boiling water for usage. The problem is that notice to discontinue boiling water never comes. Apparently management isn't around or is to busy to do so. Obviously, management doesn't give a crap how much inconvenience this is for residents. Overall, they don't give a crap about the residents, period!
