The equipment was installed by Winters Heating and Cooling more than 2 months ago, at the end of October 2020. They kept part of the old system to my surprise, including the furnace return grille which was broken. Other companies had told me previously that everything would be replaced in the furnace return area. I asked the Winters to replace the grille, and they promised to do it on many occasions by phone and in person. However nothing has been done as of today, January 4th 2021.
