Through a recommendation, we ordered arrangements for our mother’s funeral from Wintergreen. The sales associate that I worked with was Fiona. She was wonderful and easy to collaborate with to create the casket spray and stands. She got it right with my mom’s favourite colours and type of flowers that I requested. Fiona (and team) have been an absolute delight to work with. We have needed flowers for 2 family funerals, and she has made things so easy. She is kind, patient and sympathetic. She is also very upfront of having to substitute colours or types of flowers due to availability. Our families fully trust in Fiona to come through and delivery beautiful lushful arrangements. We ordered the flowers for the funeral and the staff is very friendly. We made the changes multiple times and she is very professional, patient and very accommodating. Highly recommend!
I ordered a spray for a funeral and it was very beautiful. The experience was so easy, they were so professional. They sent photos to confirm approval of the written words and then after the flowers were made they also sent a photo. It was just was we ordered and for an amazing amazing price. Even delivery fee was very reasonable for only $25 (across town!). I would highly recommend this shop and would use it for all my floral needs.
