Horrible, horrible, horrible. If I could give it less than one star I would. We ordered garland and paid for expedited shipping, it was supposed to be here within two days and did not show, and now may not be here in time for the event we purchased it for. The First Lady I talked with was great. I believe her name was Melanie, the Second Lady Diana Haynes, was condescending and less than helpful. I never leave bad reviews, but this one is worth it.
