Horrible, horrible, horrible. If I could give it less than one star I would. We ordered garland and paid for expedited shipping, it was supposed to be here within two days and did not show, and now may not be here in time for the event we purchased it for. The First Lady I talked with was great. I believe her name was Melanie, the Second Lady Diana Haynes, was condescending and less than helpful. I never leave bad reviews, but this one is worth it. We have been hanging live pine roping on 100+ light poles for decades. Within weeks it starts to brown. This year we decided to invest in Wintergreen's very realistic looking artificial roping. In Hudson, Ohio it has been battered with wind, snow and rain, and after two months it is still the same green it was when it went up! Over the 10-year warranty period this will be a huge money-saver.
