Moved into a newly renovated unit that, shortly afterwards, turned out to be infested with carpenter ants - huge, some with wings - that appear from seemingly nowhere, crawling over the walls and ceiling and dropping down on furniture, food, people, etc. I see at least 20 on a daily basis. They should pay more attention to who they allow to rent because this type of neighbors are just disrespectful to everybody.
Soooooooo, where do I begin. Currently living in a room and decided that, Sunday October 15, 2023 would be the day that I take a leap of faith an apply for an apartment at Wintergreen. Well let me tell you, Ms. Ebony owes me nothing. Her warm smile and greeting, after entering the office, made my choice of stepping up and out, even more a confirmation. After several reports, the landlord finally addressed the AC issue, though it took some time. The improved cooling now makes a noticeable difference, greatly improving our comfort. While the delay was frustrating, the AC is now functioning as it should, and we're satisfied with the resolution.
