They are usually average with wait times, but today I arrived early, then waited over an hour to find out the system some how checked me off as a no show & I need to come back. Edit: someone in the office called me to resolve the issue, I appreciate the effort & acknowledging a mistake. Other than this issue, the office staff as well as the doctor's have been nice & helpful since I started as a patient with Winterberry .
I have been a patient of Dr R Zizzo & Dr S Zizzo for many years. The reception staff are welcoming and considerate. I especially appreciate the addition of Nurse practitioners, which has greatly helped reduce wait times and improve patient care. Munira in particular is an exceptional NP. She is knowledgeable, compassionate and truly attentive to my health needs. Munira is familiar with my medical history and offers thoughtful insight to my health concerns. every time i come here it's a lovely experience! the staff is very patient and accomadating!!
New patient for few months now at Winterberry and everyone has been lovely so far! Nurses are super nice and great at what they do! My nurse Heather has been great to me! Very patient, kind and explains everything she’s going to do before hand, making me more comfortable during my visits. Coming from a family doctor that always rushed me at visits, didn’t seem to want to investigate other options and wouldn’t answer questions if not related to the visit then requesting to book back to discuss… was exhausting.
