All staff I have dealt with as of yet have been fantastic, from the nurses to receptionist thanks for everything! pre-appointment wait times have always been great for me so no issues there but apx 2 weeks to get an appointment. I have never met my doctor and I was actually given a different doctors name at my last visit. Bit confused there, was caught completely off guard and I feel I should have at least been notified. I started seeing Dr. Taras when my symptoms just started and I had no previous history of any underlying medical issues. Over the past 4 years, he has consistently been one of the only, if not the only, doctor who has truly listened to me and made me feel valued. Dr. Taras has always made me feel like he believed me regarding my symptoms. He never dismissed me, never tried to tell me that it was simply somatic, and he never told me I was lying about my pain.
