No security whatsoever. Random people in and out all the time, might as well sell this place to AirBnB. HOA doesn’t enforce rules, you never know your neighbors since these units are apparently a free for all. Quickly going down hill
There is no assigned parking and I have a neighbor who is selling drugs. Constantly has cars in and out. Taking up parking, comming in at all type of hours with loud muisic and bass. There is also alot of air BnB with random people comming in and out. The HOA is just not doing what there suppose to do.
