RecommendedCustomer Service is amazing, did a tour with their leasing agent Suheily, she was very helpful. I have to add that their covid protocols are excellent.
I have been here almost 5 years and I always feel at home and at peace here. The leasing office and staff really go out of their way to help you. Maintenance is quick and kind, and my neighbors are friendly and quiet. I love my little apartment and this neighborhood!

Been living here for almost a year now and the experience I’ve had in Winter Park Village Apt. has been excellent. The girls at the leasing office are excellent, very helpful and know what they are doing. I would recommend this place.
Nice location, used to be affordable, now nickles and dimes residents. Rent has gone up $200 in less than a year, also an increase in laundromat fees, and forced to pay for garbage pickup at front door. Now stairwells smell and garbage cans are all over the stairwell , Not to be unexpected, a mouse got in my apt, 3 phone calls to the office and 8 days later no one has taken care of the problem, even though each time I was told pest control and maintenance men would visit.
