My family and I have had care all over the world as a result of our work. This practice along with the providers and staff are phenomenal - extraordinarily helpful and a true standout among family practices. My wife and I saw Basant and she is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, professional, a great listener and kind. absolutely no way to get in contact with them. never answer a phone call no matter how many times you try and do not ever return the calls when you leave a message.
This practice is absolutely horrible. Do NOT choose this practice. I've called and called and called this place over 10 times, trying to become a new patient for bio-identical HRT and they will not return a phone call. The nurse doesn't return calls, the facility receptionist doesn't return calls, and the office manager, Angel, doesn't return calls either.
