Been trying to call and leave my info and I never received a call back or an actual person picking up the call after weeks of attempts. Read the other reviews and it seems like it's been like this for a while. Don't waste your time like me 😑
Dr. Amawi is so so great, but I truly believe that that this office’s “nurse line” is a myth. No one ever answers and at any time of day that I’ve tried to call to ask questions and get updates. Seems like the only way to get anything done by way of forms, docs, or prescriptions, etc. is to go in person and demand some assistance. It’s very frustrating.
I’ve been a patient of Dr Schamberger for decades. I appreciate his willingness to listen and accurately diagnose problems. Kathy, executive manager, is excellent. She’s never too busy to help.
My family and I have had care all over the world as a result of our work. This practice along with the providers and staff are phenomenal - extraordinarily helpful and a true standout among family practices. My wife and I saw Basant and she is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, professional, a great listener and kind. absolutely no way to get in contact with them. never answer a phone call no matter how many times you try and do not ever return the calls when you leave a message.
