I did Cryo the day before running my most recent half marathon, and ran completely pain free on race day. I came back for another session right after finishing the race, and was back in the gym at 100% the day after with none of the usual aches or pains one would expect after running 13 miles. If you’ve ever been curious about cryotherapy helping with aches or pains, or prevention, I highly recommend it!
