What a disappointment. Major move from Northwest Arkansas to New Jersey left many items damaged and in some cases broken beyond repair. Several items identified as high value did not seem to lend to any special care. One item, 25 year old imported Italian marble table top, paid for extra crating and still arrived broken. My closing date got delayed and had to put my items in storage for 10 days that Winter seemed to use as an excuse for the damage. RecommendedWinter moved me from Fayetteville to Georgetown, TX. All the employees were very professional and personable, too. I was very comfortable with them in my home, which is very important to me as a single woman. They were always on time, and did a great job! I would highly recommend their services!
I completely trust Winter Moving & Storage with all of my needs. I had Winter Moving & Storage move me up to CLE in 2015 in a complex move where they had to store all of my belongings for a period of time and everything arrived in perfect condition. Today their crew moved me into a house in NWA and they were so professional, courteous and awesome!!! I am so pleased and highly recommend!!!

She was able to answer all my questions efficiently and the cost estimate was very reasonable. The entire crew were professional, friendly and respectful. They kept me updated of progress and delivery during the seven week period. Very happy, thank you.
Let me start with the driver's attitude, very very bad. I am even struggling with giving a star for this company. Our stuff was in storage because the house sold too fast. They were not coordinated at all, they ordered someone to come disconnect washing machines which where already in storage....then they claimed payment for disconnecting such.
