Utter lack of communication. As far as I can tell it's nothing but a confidence scam, unless maybe you have massive amounts of money to spend on them to actually work. They'll talk a big game about how they will sort out and handle your case. Will tell you that they want to win big for you. They will charge you for "work" done, but questionable what if anything was actually done. When they don't want to deal with it any longer will go 100% radio silent to any type of communication attempts.

As an African American woman, a good and fair attorney is definitely hard to find. In this this instance, I found the best in the business to handle my complaints. Firm does not represent AEA members well. I advise AEA members that are allowed to join AFT to do so. AEA is a joke now. This firm and AEA treat non-white members totally differently than their white counterparts. If you are not a member of AFT, I would suggest that you not use AEA to refer you to their attorneys; thus, it is a set up for non-white members.
